Question about adding Lights, and head unit?

My question is, I wanna add about 4 sets of neon lights in my car, when i add the head unit in, because im gonna put the all on switches underneath the radio on the housing...so mu question is, could i wire them all in to the ignition wire, so that way when i turn the car on, they'll come on.. now could i do it with out a relay, or do i need to add a relay to it?? and if i add a relay, would i need to use 1 of the output wires for the radio, or could i just wire the radio to the ignition before the relay?? and then the ground for the radio, would that be the ground on the relay??

keep the lights and stereo seperate and just run power wire from the battery to the lights just add a fuse and a toggle switch

you could but add an inline fuse before connecting to the stereo ignition but also you cant drive with the lights on its illegal

wire a new ground
