Question about adding friends on my 360 page?

I have tried to add friends to my 360 page. Whenever I click on "Add" on someone's page something comes up that says an invite will be sent to them and I click on the box to check it and I submit it. No one ever receives my invite, though. I have messaged people I talk to and they have told me that they never received an invitation from me. What am I doing wrong?

Some people would like to see a profile and a Blog. This can also keep people from excepting the invitation

There are some major bugs in Yahoo 360 and this can cause some of the problems and people may not be receiving your invitation.

Just keep trying to invite people.

There is a conspiracy going on attempting to keep you from adding friends.  I'm thinking it's the CIA.
