Question about after ovulation temps?? Could someone give me some good Advice?

I was reading on Temps and all, my period was Aug 11-16 15th had s*x and Ovulation was on the 26th.

on the 26th after BD I was spotting Red then Brown for 3 days after that.

CM white/ yellowish to pale discharge 8dpo

My temps I only took 2 of them when do you have to take them?? Yesterday evening 9.89 today 12 noon it was 9.76, What does this mean in pregnancy?

TTC for 1 year Miscarried in May 08. I really want to learn how to chart everything so what do you guys think??

If you want to learn how to chart I would recommend going to fertilityfriend.com. I just started this cycle and it makes it so much easier. You are supposed to take you temperature every day, in the morning before you get out of bed.

I suggest you get the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility and learn all about charting.  Temping is supposed to be done every morning of your cycle at the same time before you do anything.  It is basically hit the snooze, grab the thermometer and wait until it reads your temp.  Best of Luck!

I would get the book Taking Control of Your Fertility and use fertilityfriend.com to learn to chart.  Your decrease in temps typically mean your period will be starting or implantation.  Could be either.
