Question about american citizenship .

my brother have not signed up the something that every guy to need to get american citizenship. it called something like services. u have to sign up for that. i any o u know what i am talking about please tell anything about it. i signed up for it when i applied for the fafsa or collage and i think that when i signed up it. my brother didnt go to collage or school. they were 19 when they came to america and now they r above 27. what should they do now.

yea to get American citizenship or financial aid, male between 18 to 25 years old need sign up.

he can for apply for U.S. citizenship now being over the age limit to sign up for selective service.
