the , mark quoatated is the part i doubt. Is the mark necessary there? Because I see sth like "I love asian, black and caucasian." not "I love asian, black, and caucasian"....

  1. the mark < , > is suposed to be after the word and in this sentance.

if there is no and  then the mark goes between the items or things your listing.

    for example

    black, asian, american

    or

    black, american and, asian

  2. The comma (",") is optional before the and in a list. In the case of single words, as you say, it doesn't add much to the sentence, but in a case like the sentence you're asking about, I think it adds clarity. (Evidence being the answerer above who understood the Three Kingdoms period and the Goryeo to Joseon Dynasties to BE the prehistoric times.)

I would also add a comma after "Dynasties", and probably change the "that" to "which", because as written it seems as if the dynasties were discovered in the central region (I assume it was the relics). And capitalize the names of the dynasties.

  3. ...x, x and x.

but here the structure is like this:

    x, x, x to x, which...

  4. The Chenhju National Museum houses 2,300 precious relics from prehistoric times: the "Three kingdoms period" and the Goryeo to Joseon Dynasties. The items were discovered in the central region.

I'm not clear about your question on the 4th paragraph. Sorry.
