We have a small community of 1000 members. The president of this community does not leave his position from last 20 years, the constitution does not have any restriction. So what he does, he brings his voters every year and become president. His wife is General Secretary (which should be considered as a conflict of interest). Basically president and his wife dont let anyone to make decisions, they just think, they are right and they know too much. Anyone who volunteer his/her work, they just order them how to do things.

How to make them to give chance to others.

P.S.: it's all voluntary work.

  1. If you have evidence of breaches of fiduciary duties by the president or general secretary or any other officers, you can call the state agency responsible for regulating corporations and charitable organizations in your jurisdiction. In some cases you may also have standing as a member to bring suit in the name and on behalf of the organization against the breaching officers. If you cannot allege any breaches, there's not much else you can do through the courts.
