i don't like my job. is there any way i can sign up for jury duty so i can get away from it?

I'm pretty sure you can volunteer for grand jury duty. You should look into that.

dont listen to these people, who knows OJ might kill one of his children next and that trial would go on for like two years, you would be put up in a 5 star hotel....just think massages, room service at like 3 am, extra towels!!! CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST!!!! d**n Im gonna sign up too dude ... see ya there!!! .....then we can each write books and go on OPRAH! we are so freakin smart......8==D

Jury duty will take up between 1 day and 1 week at best. What are you going to do the rest of the time?

sorry but no. living off that little money a day would not be good. and IF they even allow you to be on jury duty, you will only do it once your life, if that.

First of all, if what you mean is get jury duty to take a short break from work that is fine. It is not something you can "earn a living" with. If you really want jury duty, or a chance at getting jury duty at least, in most U.S. States what you need to do is simply register to vote. There is no guarantee you will get it. BTW it does not pay very well in most communities.
