Question about banking and direct depositing??

okay, i just gotta job at acme, and id rather have my checks directly deposited, than have to go and cash them everyweek, but i only have a savings account, not a checking account,

so main question

could i get a Mac card with a savings account? (commerce bank)

You don't need a checking account to have DD. You just give payroll your savings account number along with the bank routing number, but remember to tell payroll it's a savings account.  Where I worked, both savings or checking account worked the same way.
