Does a fully rifled bore shotgun barrel have the spirals threw the barrel for spinning the slug like a rifle or handgun would for bullets. I know regular shotgun barrels dont but does the rifled bore barrel?

  1. yes

  2. yes and it will increse the accuracy range and velocity of the slug and gives it a flatter trajectory so a longer shot is more possible and as a note dont shoot shot through the rifled barrel it will ruin the rifling and things i just listed to the slugs and it wont increse the accuracy the only way to increase the acuracy is to decrease the spread by getting a smaller choke such as an improved choke

  3. yes, it does, hence the term 'fully rifled'

note, do NOT use 'regular' slugs or 'rifled' slugs with a rifled shotgun barrel.

ONLY use SABOT slugs with a rifled barrel.

  4. Yes they do the same thing but you should use sabot slugs in rifled shotgun barrels to keep it from leading up.
