  1. 20x sounds a bit too much to be experimenting.  Put it this way - if you think continued research is likely (keeping mind, that your position as a police officer will bring you in contact with weed and cocaine) then you are not experimenting, you are abusing, and your superiors won't need a polygraph to detect that.

  2. They should allow you to become one as long as you're not currently involved with any drugs. The worst they'll do is just kick you out though if I'm not mistaken.

  3. Both see if you are truthful and see what you have done in the past and if you are still currently doing it but no criminal record you might the most they will do is throw you out.

  4. Anything you've used over once is more than experimenting...So at least be honest with yourself. I guess each state is different, but many states do hair test, not just u/a's. Obviously they are looking  a person that is going to be honest and trust worthy. Are you sure this is the right line of work for you. Have you been to anytype of counseling about your experimenting with drugs and do you still use alcohol now, and do you get intoxicated. Being an officer is very stressful and drug including alcohol are easy to turn to.

  5. Well if you have taken cocain for that many times than i would say you are **** out of luck. You have to be about 8 years sober from cocaine and 2 years from weed before you can be even accepted into the academy.

And the polygraph they want you to be honest and know if you are lieng or not
