Question about bed wetting

Why would a 12 year old kid wet his bed? He says he doesnt feel anything and just wakes up with a wet bed?

I wet the bed some nights. Usually I dream that I'm peeing or that I've had an accident and then I wake up and realise I've peed. It will probably stop on it's own. Ask yourself how regular is it? If it's each night there's probably a problem but if it's just occasionally it may be related to something like this. I wear a diaper at night that obviously solves the problem if wet bedsheets. You can also get little allarms that wake you up by vibrating to stop you when you've started peeing. Take him to the doctors if the problem persists.
