Question about being pulled over

Hey guys, I live in Calgary, Alberta.

I was pulled over by an undercover cop car today. The policeman asked me for my license and registration slip. Then he told me to come to the back of my car, and warned me about my bad driving behaviour. He was saying how I was taunting him and speeding 10km/hour above the speed limit.

Then he gave me back my license and registration slip without giving me any tickets. I was just wondering if I would get a ticket in the future. Also, did he leave some sort of record in data base and stuff like that. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Police have the right to use their discretion when it comes to traffic tickets, especially the undercover cars. He was just giving you a verbal warning. Heed it and let it be. You got lucky, celebrate.

The guy probably didnt have a radar and dint give you a ticket because you could potentially go to court and argue and win the case. Point is that he was just giving you a hard time because he could. He told you to get out, to see if he could get you for something esle besides speeding, like getting into an argument with him. In Windsor Ontario, they record this stuff, once released from a traffic stop, you cant be stopped for that same action again for the next 24 hours

ex. U get stoped and the cop tells you that you are being searchd for drugs. He looks, and he finds a gun.... He cant do anything because he said he was looking for drugs. But if he les you go (which he has to if you are clean), you cant be stopped for another search for drugs or weapons in the next 24 hours. If they do sop you, u can tell then that U've already been toped and they wil search the database.

HE gave you back your license and registraiton slip without giving you a ticket so no need to be worried or wonder if in the future you will get a ticket, WHAT FROM THE SKY a ticket will land over your lap? No of course not. No how can they leave some sort of record when he didn't kept your license or registration slip.
