okay, my natural hair color is blonde. and i started dying it in 6th grade. i went from strawberry blonde, to brown, to black, to light brown, to SB blonde again, to brown, to dark brown, to black, to brown, and now my hair's black again.

i want to go blonde again.

does it make your scalp burn? the other day in math, one of my classmates bleached her hair before school and she said it burnt her scalp really bad, but her hair came out good.

how do you do it? can i go from black to bleach blonde?

  1. bleach is very bad for your hair. It can make it dry and it could thin it really bad. some bleach does burn your scalp if you get it on it.

your best bet is to go to a hair stylist and ask the best brand and what it can do to your hair. then decide what to do

  2. Not with box color.

I will NOT put bleach on my hair.

Theres a chance that you're hair will be ruined, dry, and brittle.

I want to go from black to lighter, but I will only get it done professionally.

  3. You have to use bleach on previously colored hair to get it lighter.  But this is not a task you should do yourself.  You will not be able to be bleach blonde with one or even two bleach applications.  And too many applications will result in damaged broken hair.  Go to a professional and start with some golden highlights.  You can gradually over time get back to blonde.  And yes, bleach on the scalp can burn if the wrong developer is used or heat is put on the head while the bleach is on.
