Question about blood clots, planes, and such?

I got eyelid surgery and so I have to be careful and avoid blood clotting. I can't eat berries or tomatos etc... Anyway, I am going on a plane tomorrow and my doctor knows and didn't say anything about it but I am really scared I will get a blood clot on the plane. I have never had one before but I have also never had a surgery. I can't take aspirin for 2 weeks after the surgery so I can't do that. I am going to the doctor today to get the stitches out and I will ask her then if I can take aspirin and such but I am really scared right now and my appt. is not until this afternoon!

So my questions are,

How to avoid blood clotting

have u ever gotten surgery and then flown in the same week?

Any advice!!!!???
