Usually shorts and a golf shirt.  In tournaments they are usually given a bib to wear over their shirt or in some cases (Masters) an entire jumpsuit.  You want to look neat, but  you don't want to outdress the golfer you are working for.  Comfy shoes are essential.  Hat and shades are also acceptible.

khaki shorts or pants and a collared shirt. make sure you have plenty of pockets so you can hold backup balls and tees, and a small towel to clean the club face and balls.

a plaid red skirt (short enough so i can see the bottoms of your cheeks) and your top can be some sort of white sweater or long sleeve button down shirt. Complete with kneehigh boots in black.

same dress code as applies to golfers. No spikes though just trainers. If its european or other tour event you will be gvena bib to wear. Dont forget your waterproofs in case the wetaher turns bad. Hat or visor and sunglasses are obligatory. (2 yrs full time on European Tour. Great life)

I always wore neat casual clothes. Polo shirt and slacks(or shorts if extremely hot!). Caddied for about 4 years as a teenager. ;-)=
