  1. .

If a Monster Truck then true, you will save gas.

    Standard vehicle - negligable

    .

  2. no it can save weight thus save a little on petrol, if u do, carry a can of tyre weld or something so if u do get a flat u can fill it to get u home but beware, if u do use the canned stuff it will mean the tyre is no use after where as these days a puncture can be fixed instead of buying a new tyre

  3. sure will. any weight you take out will help. take out the unnessary stuff first though. really one of the easiest ways to save fuel is to keep your car tuned and your tires inflated to the recommended pressure<

  4. You'd save more fuel by going to the toilet before going out, going on a diet or wearing lighter clothes, but having no spare certainly isn't illegal - ask any Smart car owner (they don't come with a spare).

Even mid range Ford cars no longer have a spare, they come with a can of tyre weld & inflater.

  5. omg mom learning from son whats more ----- learning from tv omg

get an EV stop poisoning everyone s lungs and dump your tv ?

  6. It would make hardly any difference at all rather have a tiny bit of weight in the car than be stranded with no spare.

what a silly question this is lacking common sense for sure.

  7. Actually some new cars don't even carry a spare wheel, what they have is an aerosol containing, I believe, a rubber solution which will seal a puncture and inflate the tyre enough to get you to a garage.

Any extra unnecessary weight removed from a car will increase your milage

  8. You could compromise and just let the air out of the spare,,,,:)

  9. It'll make your car lighter, but I daresay it is illegal because it leaves you helpless when you have a blowout on the motorway.

  10. Its not worth having to walk home because you have removed the spare to save just pennies if that much.......

  11. How old is your son?  Still, I suppose age has nothing to do with the development of a brain, in his case.

  12. I doubt if it is illegal but it sure is pretty stupid!  You might just save half a cup of fuel every 50 miles but what do you do if you get a puncture?  If you are going to go to this extreme to save a miniscule drop of fuel what is the next step?  Ask your passengers not to eat before going in your car, ask them all to have a bowel motion before you set off?

  13. I've never heard of it being illegal, but the savings you'd acquire by removing the spare and jack from your car would be so miniscule that you would not notice it. Keep the spare and the jack where it belongs.

  14. Technically if your car is lighter then you will save petrol. You will have to do your own calculations. Anything less then 100lbs is just not worth it.

Some countries require a safety kit in the car at all times. You will need to look at your local laws. I assume most answers are from America since we normally think we ar ethe only ones in the world. In the US you can drive just about anything with little or no safety.
