I asked before but only really got 1 answer, so I'm asking again.

My show is this Saturday and I just wanna know what some people think of my market steer. He's 14 months old, weighs 1255, and he's a red angus/limoseine

  1. NICE! He weighs 1255 at 14 months?! My steer weighs about 1000 at 17 months. He's 3/4 Black angus and 1/4 Shorthorn. Just wondering, what did you feed your steer? Fitter's edge by Purina?

As for your steer, I'm a novice showman this year, but he looks pretty darn even and balanced. And he's so pretty! Obviously, my steer is a BLACK angus, but yours is that real pretty red!

Anyways, if you want a good, experienced opinion on your steer, go to Cattletoday's forums: http://cattletoday.com/forum/index.php. They have nice, knowledgeable people on there who will have good opinions.

Most importantly, HAVE FUN AND DO YOUR BEST! Good luck :)

  2. He looks real good. Nice lines good muscling, good finish. He is nice and square. Luck at the show.
