1. I'm a Junior in High School, and would like to know when I should start applying to colleges?

2. I live in PA, and want to go to a 4 yr college and major in Communications. I would like to stay in PA though, so any college suggestions?

If you are a Junior you should have your University picked and start applying and visiting campuses this year.
