  1. If she goes to a school for special needs students, I assume that any diploma she gets will not be a real high school diploma, so going to college at all would be difficult.  If she can get beyond that, a veterinary assistant is a possibility.  Vet school, though, is among the most difficult types of school in the country to get into, so it doesn't sound likely to me that she would get in.

  2. Vocational School may be an option for her.

  3. Well, vet school comes after going to college. Is she in HS or university? If she is in high school, she should go to college and major in a science such as Biology or Chemistry. She should look up vet schools and what classes they require for admittance. The she should work hard on all her classes to achieve a high GPA and also have many activities/community service that would make her application stand out (such as working at a vet's office, volunteering at an animal shelter, having an internship at a zoo or something). Good luck! Vet schools are VERY competitive, but if she has the heart, she will end up somewhere she will like.

  4. Sorry, but I don't think there's a way she can become a veterinarian (as a doctor) without having taken biology first. She could find a way to become a veterinary assistant or something, but vet school might be hard for someone who hasn't taken science courses. However, as a special needs student, she would be able to take the SATs and other tests with benefits like extended time.
