Question about college (school of arts)?

Ok this might be a little confusing so sorry about that. I'm a freshman in high school and I don't know too much about any colleges. But I do know I want to go to some college that's like.. a school of arts, that let's you do dancing and music. And by music I don't mean playing an instrument, I mean producing/writing/recording music. So if there are any, can you tell me some (and do they allow hip hop music)? Thanks.

And again, I don't know much about college or anything so parts of my question might sound pretty stupid /:

School of Arts refers to major like English, Math, Political, Music included etc. It has nothing to include arts as dancing, producing, script wrting, recording. You have to enroll in special school offering those arts especially on summer.
