Question about colon cleanser?

So I have heard that buying one of those colon cleansers can be excellent for your body. Im wondering though, where do you buy them (like a health food store?) and how do I know what kind is the best to buy? And also, do you know if they really do work? Just wanna make sure its true that theyre good.

go to a health food store and research the products they offer and talk with the staff there. some people find them to be very good, for some people they are quite the opposite,

please dont take any pills to do this i ended up in the hospital for doing a colon cleanser if you have anymore questions feel free to email me because im not gunna type a lot more information on here if you dont need it :)
