  2. it will be harmful if you're not treating it carefully...

    i'm using contact lens and so far they've been so good... because i always take care of it... you should wash your hands before you wear those.... don't forget to DRY it.... make sure there's not water left.. and then use a good quality solution... complete solution is highly recommended by most doctors...
