Question about court-ordered psychological assessment?

If you are ordered in the court to have a psychological assessment, would it show up on insurance information (or bills or payment records) as being court ordered? Or would it just indicate that you had a psychological assessment?

If the court ordered it, the court is paying for it. It won't show up on your insurance at all
