  1. Creatine increases the amount of water that the cells in your muscles hold. If you're 18 or older and take it in moderation, i don't see the harm in it.


  2. creatine is the single most studied nutritional supplement in the history of science.  when used properly it offers nothing except positive benefits.  it can be used to increase endurance, strength, during weigh loss program of mass gaining programs.

  3. Its not bad for you. From what i have read it helps gain muscle mass if you work out regularly. There have been many tests and the only negative result of using creatine is more gas. However it is very important that you hydrate more than usual while using it. If you are younger than 18 you prolly should not use it. It has not been proven safe for people under 18.
