Question about deceleration time?

I am doing some calculations including heart valve deceleration time.

I want to know that , to which category "deceleration time" belongs.

e.g. speed, velocity etc.

if yes , do you know any analog gauge which is used to display the deceleration time.

The answer is in the name of your parameter.  Deceleration TIME must have the units of time.

Hook up a motion transducer to the valve and the transducer output to an oscilloscope.  The time can be measured on the screen.
