Question about disputing an online transaction?

I was naive to pay for an online ant-virus program called Anti Virus Master. The services that they claimed to do were b.s. It kept finding the same viruses over and over again, i would hit delete all, and than computer restarts only to scan for same viruses-and same ones were there again. Just wondering if this has happened to anybody and if they go there money back for like false advertisement.

Call them and request a credit, in same time call CC and put this transaction in dispute, you will be credited.
