Question about downloading

So I want to download videos of "The Secret Life of the American Teenager" and I wanted to know if there is a way of seeing what past downloads I've made.Not meaning not by going into the folder that I saved my videos in.

So Basically people who professions center around computers can you answer this one please?

  1. YES you can do that.Once you download a file,after its completed the software automatically starts Seeding it and if you want to seed files that are not in your torrent folder or software you can simply make a torrent of it and you can start seeding.

    Goto-File-New torrent-Browse the file-and make it.

    This option may change depending on the software you are using.


  2. Go to the folder that you saved the movies in.
