Question about drinking energy drinks and excercising?

my medice give me no energy, and i was wondering if i drink an energy and work out is it bad for me. or should i try some of that five hour energy drink its suppose to be low in bad stuff im stoned srry?

  2. In moderation it is not bad. But for exercise be carful.

    Energy drinks contain caffeine, more than soda. Usually at least 80 mg. It takes more water to process caffeine than a caffeinated drink provides so this means it actually dehydrates us and that is the last thing we want before exercise. It can damage our bodies to exert them when dehydrated.

    Have both an energy drink and at least 1 glass of water about 15 - 30 minutes before exercising. I recommend 2 glasses of water. That is what I do, 2 glasses of water and 1 can of the top healthy energy drink, XS Energy
