Question about ear peircing.?

i have just got my ear peirced, and i have a small stud cause that was my only option.

1. does it look g*y because its a small stud?

2. do i need special antiseptic to clean it, or can i use water, or an antiseptic swab??

You need to soak the piercing in a warm sea salt solution. 1/4 tsp sea salt in 1 cup of warm water. It will get into the piercing with the stud in place. Don't move it or remove it.

I'm assuming you got it done by a gun. You can go to a proper piercing studio and have them change the jewelry for something more appropriate or you can wait 8 weeks after you got pierced and change it yourself to something in implant grade steel or titanium. If you got pierced by a gun, you're looking for 18 or 20 gauge jewelry.
