What color eyeliner is best for blue eyes? I am trying to make my eyes look bigger using eyeliner.

black is fine but to make your eyes look bigger for any color eyes is to put it on half way and not all the way

well if u have deep blue eyes go with a light brown ..

and if u have light blue eyes go with a black on top and bottom

Brown or navy.

My tips for making your eyes look bigger (eyeliner is not necessarily your best friend):

1) Sweep a champagne eyeshadow on your lids, browbones, and the inner corner of your eyes. The sparkle will catch the light and reflect on your eyes.

2) Sweep a neutral shade, like taupe, on just your lids.

3) Apply a shade that contrasts to your eye color in just the crease of your eyelid. In your case, bronze looks great with blue eyes.

4) Use an angled eyeliner brush to apply a brown or navy eyeliner to just the outer corner of your lower lids. If you are really into the eyeliner look, carefully wiggle the eyeliner on the outer half of your upper lids as well, getting as close to your lashline as possible.

5) Curl your eyelashes.

6) Apply a coat of regular mascara to your upper lashes.

7) Apply extra mascara to just your outer lashes to open up your eyes even more. I use Maybelline XXL for this part of the look.

I can just about guarantee that these steps will give you Bambi eyes, even though they weren't exactly what you were looking for.

only put eyeliner on the top lashes, then your eyes will pop!

a thin line of black can definitely enhance ur eyes. also try smokey charcoal or a deep brown. don't over do it tho. it make ur eyes look smaller if u put tooo much on. also try putting on some shimmer eye shadow  in the inner corners of ur eyes. U WILL POP!

First apply eyeshadow highlight (bobbi brown in bone /shell) in the whole eyelid

Then apply Bobbi Brown taupe eyeshadow ( on eyecrease )

Then use a navy or blackbrown pencil (revlon colorstay eyeliner ) apply a thin line on upper eyelid closest to eyelashes and apply mascara that curls & lenghtens.

Okay I have a way different opion.  I have blue eyes and I am a Mary Kay consultant so I have done facials and been through training. For Pooping out Bigger eyes I would try Amethyst, steely, taupe, or for a dramatic looking like going out I would do Black.  If you want email me a picture and I will tell you what colors for your eye shadow and eyeliner. And you always make dark line of eyeliner in the outside corner of your eyes and soft feather light strokes in. And always do top and bottom because if not they will apear squinty if you only do top or bottom.

Well... use dark colors and black eyeliner but not on the upper side of your sight but in the inner part, there's one from Revlon that is really good. Black eyeliner makes your eyes look really good! Mine are not blue but whenever I put on black eyeliner on the inner part looks good and I'm sure you'll look great, too!
