When you reach the "legally blind" limit when you wear eyeglasses (meaning: when you take your glasses off, the government labels you as officially blind)..does your eyesight eventually reach complete blindness when you're eyesight gets to be at its worst? What happens if your eyesight continually declines?

  1. It all depends on what is going on with your eyes. Some people develop certain eye diseases that will gradually lead to blindness. Other eye diseases may only lead to extremely bad vision that will cause you to lose all privileges (like driving a vehicle). Only your eye doctor can determine whether you will eventually lose your sight or not. It is very well that you can be legally blind but not lose your entire vision. Hope this helps.

  2. it can if you don't take care of yuor eyesight when it gets bad. but if you get glasses to stop straining your eyes, you should be okay.
