Question about finding birth mothers?

I have a question I understand that I mother can sign a paper that says she does or does not want her child to find her later on where would I find that information out?

Where the adoption took place is where you start. IF the paper was signed in order for YOU not to find her then it's really hard to find her. Go through the court that you were adopted in to find this out. G'luck
