Question about flickr?

I just uploaded some pictures to flickr, when I sign in the pictures are there. When I do a search I cannot find them amongst the others (I've searched by tags, and on the dates I uploaded them). My settings are set to allow anyone to view them. Why are they not showing up in searches? Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

  1. It takes awhile for things like that to get picked up by searches, it is not instantaneous.
