ok so i fly and base but when i fly, the first couple times i go up my legs shake.. is that normal?

I can do stuff like my scorpion, scale, lib, aerobesque, extention, etc

but how to i make my legs quit shaking?

  1. that's defenitely normal especially if it's your first couple times.. that happened to me alot when i started to be a flyer but then i started balancing in my hoouse and on beams a lot and i got much better, it made me so much more stable when i was up there.

    try balancing on thicker items/objects then moving to more challenging things/thinner things.

    you could also just go to your nearest sports equipment shop and buy some kind of balancing tool.

    another thing you could do is balance on your bed - do all your moves on your bed because a bed is naturally unstable and if you stop shaking on your bed - youll do much better while you're on your bases!


  2. Yes it is normal, and it will only stop shaking the more times you go up. Just keep practing balance, and keep flying and it will eventually stop.

  3. lol that happened to me when I first flew :) ur just not used to it and mayb a little nervous but the more you fly the less your legs will shake going up
