Question about food assistance in IA?

Yesterday I applied for food assistance (yeah yeah yeah, i didn't want to do it) and was approved. I was just was wondering how long it took to recieve your card on emergency terms

Households eligible for emergency service must receive benefits no later than the seventh calendar day after the application is filed. The emergency processing time limit begins the day after the date of application.
