Question about foundation on face a few hours after applying?

ok so i put my powder foundation on my face before i went to school.

which was around 7am.

and during 4th hour, my skin was really oily. [4th hr is 10:41am to 11:29am]

why's it gettin like this?

i use covergirl powder 120.

neutrogena has something that is like tissue that u can use to absorb oil on ur face without smearing ur makeup. i have the same problem and that's my solution. i'm sure it will work for u too.

This is completely normal and one of the most common makeup problems.  Your skin produces oils throughout the day and this can become quite obvious when you wear makeup.  

To fix the problem you can get blotting sheets (I think cover girl might have some) and just press them on the "shiny" spots to collect the oil from your face.  I cheaper alternative to th blotting sheets is toilet seat covers.  They have the same oil absorbing qualities.  I know it seems a little weird but many suggest taking one, ripping it into small squares and keeping them in your purse.
