  2. Go for it,,, it will not add fat, does not make your stomach bigger, will provide all the nutrients as whole fruit

suggestion,,, if you like the taste but not the texture, slice your juicy fruits, peaches, pears, apricots, pinapple, berries, etc., then blend without water, add a small amount of water or grape juice, slowly add ice until you discover the consistency you prefer.  you can have the consistency of applesauce or a smoothie

  3. Yes, Peel the fruit if necessary and toss it and the ice in the blender. Add how much water you like to it.

This will keep all the fiber of the fruit in your drink just as if you were eating the fruit and drinking the ice water.

  4. Yes but you don't need the water. It will make it taste nasty. Just puree the fruit and serve with crushed ice.

  5. Fruit has fiber, sugar and vitamins - if you puree it to drink it you will be getting those elements. Since you are in training you will find that this helps "flush" your system and you will actually have a flatter abdomen. The added benefit of fruit is it aids in the absorption of proteins and the efficient burning of carbohydrates - so puree away!

  6. Fruit is perfect. You can eat it, juice it, blend it. You want to limit tropical fruit like bannana's , pineapples, mangos. They are higher is sugar and calories than other fruit.

the best Am juice is to juice 3 organic carrots, and two red or yellow organic apples ,no water needed and the fiber is high and it tastes awsome. You will feel a boost of energy. If you do not use organic carrots it will   taste a little  bitter.

  7. Its fine to blend it with water cause you're still getting all the goodness from the fruit.

It shouldn't make your stomach bigger or add fat as the only sugars in fruits are natural, so shouldn't make you gain weight, especially if you watch your calorie intake.

  8. Yeah of course it will, it just wont taste as strong because itll be diluted with the water and ice.

  9. You're not changing the fruit by adding water and/or ice (not it's nutritional value anyway) so go for it.

Anything in excess can cause you to gain weight, even healthy fruit. Just watch your total calorie intake for the day and you'll be fine. There are a lot of benefits in fruit (various vitamins, fiber, water, etc) and it certainly beats (healthwise) a lot of the lesser healthy alternatives out there.

You can get an idea about what your calorie intake a day should be on this site. It will give you a 'daily calorie needs' number based on your current size and activity level...and whether you want to lose weight or just maintain.  http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie...

As for making your stomach bigger, if you aren't used to eating a lot of fresh produce (fruits and veggies) it might give you a bit of gas/bloat initially, but that's not fat or actual pounds so don't worry. You can always take an over the counter med to combat the gas if it becomes a problem (it might not).

    Enjoy!

  10. yes, you can make fruit juice

  11. well you could, but it would probably taste better if you blend it with milk, or low fat yogurt, or a mix of both of those.  You can also stew the fruit and serve it with yogurt, or on porridge or something like that.

  12. that is fine , you are still getting all you need from the fruit

  13. GOD has created fruits for us to be healthy and you care about the size of your waistline? what a life for humans without fruits and here a reluctant soul! i suggest you read more about our proper diet first before being concern about your figure...
