  1. Does your computer meet all the requirements? It doesn't need that much RAM

    1 GHz processor

256 MB of system RAM for Windows XP SP2 / 512 MB Vista

14 GB available hard disk space

32 MB DirectX 9 compatible video card required

56.6 Kbps or better modem for online play

  2. Since you uped all your settings gfx etc on high it decreased your frames per seconds by a lot. 4GB Ram would do the trick but you would also have to check on the Graphics card?

  3. it will help but it sounds like your processor, even more so your graphics card is not strong enough

  4. No, when you turn up the graphic settings, it requires more power from your video card.  If it doesn't have the power, it takes longer to draw the screen.

You need to buy a better video card if you want better graphic settings.

FX10 needs a fair amount of power, if you purchase an Nvidia 8800 card, about $100-$150 online on a sale, you'll have all the power to play any game you want.

You only use ram to handle bigger pieces of data and 2GB is more than enough for any game out today.  Adding more simply won't get used, so it won't help.
