Question about gas scooter for my 13 year old girl...?

I was wondering, what is the best type of scooter/moped to get for my girl. she is 13 and i want something gas. NO DIRTBIKES or 4-WHEELERS!!!!!!!! i just want something kinda medium sized that CAN GO OFF ROAD... she needs to be able to ride on dirt roads when coming back from practice. HAS 2! HAS 2! go off roads!!!!!!!!!
