Is it true that Utah will give you a drivers license when you move there even if you have a drivers license suspended in another state?

Absolutely not. Before you can get another driver license in ANY other state you must first clear up the suspension in the state that issued it.

No, of course not. A suspension is effective in all US states AND Canadian provinces. Nobody wants to be a haven for all the crappy drivers
