  1. As long as you drive with someone that is at least 21 years of age that is in your family that has a valid drivers license.

It depends on what state you live in, some have a 6 month waiting time and some have a 1 year waiting time........

  2. YOu will be given your permit, which allows you to drive WITH YOUR PARENTS. Hold your permit for a year, then get your license, then you can drive on your own.

  3. With a parent.

  4. With someone over 21, who has had their license for at least three years, after six months, or when you turn 16, (you have to be at least 16) you get your license.

You can drive with only a few friends then, and after another six months after you get your license you can drive with more friends. (Family members don't count, and you can drive with them the whole time.)

  5. There is a written test and a simple eye test. Once passed, you can right with anyone over 21 (with a license) who's in the passenger seat. Usually there is a curfew, too, for those that have a permit. For me I remember there was no driving with a permit after 11pm.

  6. yes

with a parent or legal guardian

  7. Yes but someone 21 or older with a valid drivers license has to be with you.

  8. Yes, but only with a parent or legal guardian in the car with you. Some states allow the person with you to be 21 or 25, so you'll have to check your state requirements.

Take a look at the "Licensing Laws by State" chart at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Driver%27s_...
