  1. YOur best bet is to ask the people at costco. If they are not "broken" and just lost a s***w or soemthing like that they would fix it free, or they should. Ia m not sure of warranty, you get what you pay for in most cases, and cheapie glasses usually do not have good warranties. It is always a good question to ask them though. I think that you should call the optical over there and have them look your record up and see what it is that they will do for you. I am sure they will be nice about it. Most optical people are nice!

  2. Look for the reciept as proof that you purchased those glasses from costco and they might be able to replace them for or even fix them if you want to keep your old glasses. If this does not work then go to your nearest eye doctor and you can get them repaired over there ( but this might cost you some $$, or you might even have insurance that covers this). Best of luck.

  3. go to a better place than Costco

  4. Stop by the optical desk at Costco and ask. If they won't or can't fix them, then just return them.  You don't need a receipt, just the membership card.  They have a record of everything you bought on the computer.

The only problem is that if you return them, you might have no glasses until you can get new ones!
