Question about grinding?

when grinding with a girl do you grab her by the waist? and if she turns around and starts dancing like in a way idk what this one is called you face each other and make back and forth and side to side motions...and do you move with her or against her?

I applaud you for asking this question most guys think they know how to grind but look quite sorry out on the dance floor. there isn't really much to it though just follow the girls lead if your uncertain of what to do she lurches back you do the same her hips swivel to the left side you also move in that direction. Grabbing a girl's waist is fine and can give you more control/stability.  The bottom line is make sure the dancing is fluid and not forced and have fun.

from a girl's perspective, i would love it if a guy was confident enough to grab my waist while i was grinding with him...and if i turn around to be face to face, it brings it to a whole new level...the girl probably wants to hook up because your faces are now so close
