Question:

Question about growing long hair(male)?

Does the type of haircut one gets affect the growth of your hair? For example, my last cut before attempting it to grow long was a fade: http://haircutsformen.org/buzz/haircuts/buzz31.jpg It's been 8 months since I've had that cut. If you see the pic, the haircut is more hair on top and less on the side(my cut was not too much taken out on the side). I obviously want to grow even hair on all sides so should I leave it as it is and it will grow out fine or should I get 1 maintenance cut so it can grow out even?

  1. Hi

I'm not a male but I would like to help anyway.

Cutting your hair only makes it shorter, does not affect the growth rate.

Check with the hairdressers whether it will affect the changes of the haircut because this I am not sure about. Have daily haircuts to check itwhether it is growing well without any split-ends or whatever.

    Hope I Helped =]
