Question about harassment

Ok, so I have a myspace account and recently, I've had a girl writing to me telling me that she's been with my boyfriend. We've been arguing back and forth and recently she sent him a birthday card in the mail. I was wondering what it would take to press harassment charges against her. There haven't been any real threats or anything, just aggravation. Also, I only know her first name and the town that she lives in, nothing else. Is there anyway that I could get the birthday card fingerprinted to find out who it is? Thanks!

well,  why not talk to your boyfriend about it... Disregard whatever actions she's been doing  at the moment and observe .. The more your will react, the more she will believe she won.. Whatever, her purpose in doing so, you may find someone very reliable who can help you .

You can get the card fingerprinted all you want but unless you have access to a fingerprint data base, theres no point.

The cops wont do it because a. youre encouraging her by arguing with her online and b. no crime has been commited.

Set your Myspace to private and forget about her, and your so-called boyfriend too.

okay some dumb girl did this to me too

1.print out however she has harrassed you, make sure it is viewable make sure its the exact myspace comment and or message.

2.go to your local police department, show them the copies you have printed, make sure you go with your parents and your boyfriend.

3.the police WILL contact the girl via phonecall or via myspace trust me it will happen, you will have a restraining order, she will no longer be able to:

a.use myspace or anyother social websites

b.contact you or anyone you know, including your boyfriend or family.
