Question:

Question about headache in relation to food?

So, I have a headache, but I don't feel hungry. So I'm not sure if it's caused by hunger or what?

I didn't really eat much today. An apple, a handful of pecans, and some vegan ravioli.

But I don't feel hungry. So, do I have a headache because of what I ate, or something else altogether?

  2. hmm...i think it's because you need more food.much i know people that don't eat and they have headaches and they seem to be more moody.

you should also DRINK a lot FLUIDS. mostly WATER! (:

    hoped i helped a little...

  3. could be lack of caffeine, or stress

  4. What else have you swallowed today? Might be something you sucked on

  5. Headaches occur for all types of reasons. I usually get a headache after eating mac & cheese, but I love it, so I get over it. Idk, too much cheese doesn't agree with my head haha. Try drinking some water and maybe eating a meal, even though you don't feel hungry maybe your body is trying to tell you that you need to eat. Or, depending on where you live, it's allergy season. Do you suffer from allergies? I get terrible headaches from my allergies and it can happen without any warning. Is it an overall headache or is it limited to the temples, between your eyebrows or around your eyes? If so it may just be allergies.
