Question about headshots?

Hey I was just wondering how much it normally costs to get headshots. I'm going to be sending my resume in to the Welcome To Mollywood thing, but I need to get headshots first. Also, would you reccomend going to the Art Inststitue near where I live? If so, do you think I would need an appointment? I already have my resume done I just need the headshots, thanks! =]

Headshots can definitely range in price, but the one thing I can say for sure is tha if you're going to go with somebody local (ask around and see if any or your theatre friends knows somebody), make sure they specialize in headshots - ask to see some of their work before you make an appointment.

I'm not sure where you live so I don't know which art institute you're referring to, but you should just give them a call or send an e-mail requiring about whether or not you need an appointment.

start with classes at school then do plays at shcool build up your resume get experience! then get an agent and if you want to be succesful it will take years of hard work slowly climbing the ladder of success but if you get a chance to do somethign big go for it!
