Question about helping battered woman?

i wanted to start a none profit organization to help out battered women but i realized there is far to much paper work to do it i was wondering would it be illegal for me to just create a website and pay-pal account and just go out to shelters to help women with people who wanna volunteer and accept donations online

I commend you for wanting to generously help battered women. Family violence is something that effects our whole community, especially our children.

Your comment about a website inspired me to answer your post because, about a year ago I started a website to help individuals and families achieve self sufficiency.

The name of the website is Onefatherslove.com., when you have time take a look at the domestic violence page, and what I did was simply put together all of the domestic violence resources onto one page, which turned out to be more of a help to the community than I expected.

Anyway, the website and everything on it were provided for free. In turn I provide everything for free, the only membership requirement is to want to willingly  help themselves or others.

Create posters, flyers, get your voice heard, get the voice of battered women heard, though a website is a fine addition.

What batterd women need most is good advice and someone who understands what they are going through. There are shelters for women who need it. They usually help women get away from thier bad situation and help them to get on their feet again. Maybe it would be easier for you to ask your local church to help provide you with a place to start a support group and then ask for donations from your community.
