  1. My sister had a teacher come to our home and teach her - My parents contacted the school board and they helped them.

http://www.calvertschool.org - Is a GREAT school to attend for home schooling.

  2. I would suggest finding a retired teacher or  doing a distance learning program online.

  3. Here's a link page for single and working homeschool parents:

    http://homeschooling.gomilpitas.com/webl...

  4. In most states they would have to be certified teachers.  Homeschooling laws require the PARENT be a full time supervisor.

I suppose you can have a sister or grandmother come in to baby sit but YOU still have to supervise and be responsible for the work or lack of it.

  5. This would not be homeschooling, but rather home tutoring.  It is *expensive*.

Depending on the age/grade of the child you may be able to do a virtual school where you're there as a faciliator, but the child has a VS teacher online.

  6. look for E-Learning on the web
