  1. a-homeostasis simply refers to the body or any system prefering to stay constant, the body will regulate hormones and enzymes etc in order to accomplish this

c-negative feedback loop, body detects high amounts of CO2, causes increased rate in breathing in order for the body to reduce total concentration of CO2 in blood and cells, returning it to the original state

b/d not quite sure of this one

all mainly based on biology 12 knowledge...

  2. B- the body can only withstand certain limits, eg increase in blood temperature, and increase in acidity. The body maintains these limits through homeostatis. Variation are inevitable, eg. some foods increase acidity in blood.

C- the body needs to maintain homeostatis, but returning to normal conditions

A- the palms face down (anterioly) and the forearms are pronatated, pushing outwards. This is the natural postion of the arm

    Good luck
